Who may benefit from this Learning Lab?

This Learning Lab is all about building blood. When digestion is off, nervous system in survival and nutrition sub-optimal many symptoms may manifest. This may include: hair loss, brittle nails, irregular menses, painful menses, heavy menses, fatigue and exhaustion, inability to conceive, always anemic, brain-fog, ADHD, overwhelmed, dizzy, poor memory, bloating, poor appetite, always cold, restless legs and sleep issues of all kinds.
